✅ Eligibility for Return

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

❌ Items NOT Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns if:

  • The item has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

💰 Refund Options

If your return is approved, you can choose from the following:

  • Replacement of the same item (if available).
  • Exchange for another product of equal value.
  • Refund via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Easypaisa / JazzCash

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  2. Share:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (in case of damage or wrong item)
  3. Ship the item back to us using Leopards Courier or any reliable service (customer will initially cover return shipping).
